The Clara Muhammad Schools are dedicated to educating all children, regardless of ethnicity, race, national orgins, socio-economic status, religous beliefs, and faith. On a trip in early March 2020 to Dar Salaam, Tanzania, board members of the Sister Clara Muhammed Memorial Education Foundation, shared their history with that of the Kilimanjaro Interfaith Institute and their work to that dedication. The conversation around education and personal development was intensely engaging because of the diversity of the participants. Artists, educators, humanitarians, psychologists and social service providers shared their experiences with excitement and a delight for the work. The board members returned home with the same enthusiasm and anxious to share it with the other board members and Clara Muhammad School educators.
